My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were smaller than I expected but efficiently planned, with an option to move to a slightly better room on a higher floor. The location was excellent, right in front of Dogo Onsen, offering countless dining and shopping options. The dining experience was ok, with a set meal that remained the same daily. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very attentive and helpful, even assisting with travel plans.
